Beautiful Jewelry. Genuine Care.
Our Care Stories
To us, an order is never just a package to send.
It might be a pair of earrings someone is hoping to wear on her wedding day. A gift that's been carefully chosen. Or something you've been looking forward to receiving.
We know we can't make everything go perfectly. But when something needs our attention, we won't simply look the other way.
01
A Little Extra Care for Her Big Day
When a customer reached out to tell us she was hoping to wear our earrings at her wedding, we knew how much the timing mattered.
Her wedding was only days away, and she even offered to pay extra for faster shipping.
We didn't want her to have to worry about the additional cost. We asked our team to prioritize her order that same day and arranged our fastest available shipping service, covering the extra expense ourselves.
But there was something else we felt was just as important.
Even with the faster shipping, we couldn't promise that the earrings would arrive in time. International deliveries can be unpredictable, and the last thing we wanted was for her to be left without earrings for her wedding because she'd relied on a promise we couldn't keep.
So we told her the truth.
We explained that we'd done everything we could from our side, but that it might be wise to have a backup pair ready, just in case.
We knew that might not be what she was hoping to hear. But we would rather give her the chance to make another plan than let her find out too late that the earrings wouldn't arrive.
In the days that followed, we checked her shipment every day, watching its progress and keeping her updated whenever there was new information.
And thankfully, the earrings arrived in time.
She wrote back to thank us, and later told us how much she loved them.
We were genuinely happy for her.
After all, these weren't just another pair of earrings to her. They were something she'd chosen for one of the most important days of her life.
And being trusted with even a small part of that day meant a lot to us.
02
When Something Goes Wrong, We Don't Look Away
We know how disappointing it must feel to open a package you've been looking forward to, only to find that something is broken.
When one of our customers told us her earrings had arrived damaged, our first thought wasn't about who was responsible for the damage or how much a replacement would cost.
It was about the disappointment she must have felt.
03
Sometimes, Kindness Matters More Than a Return
Not every piece of jewelry turns out to be exactly what someone hoped for. And we understand that.
One of our customers once reached out because the earrings she'd ordered weren't quite right for her. She wanted to return them for a refund and was even willing to pay the return shipping herself.
We could have simply followed the usual return process.

Our Care Doesn't End When Your Order Ships
There's something exciting about knowing a package you've been waiting for is finally on its way.
But we also know that waiting isn't always easy.
Sometimes tracking doesn't update for days. Sometimes a parcel gets held up in customs. And sometimes, when you're hoping something will arrive for a special occasion, every extra day feels a little longer.
We don't want our customers to feel that once their order has shipped, they're on their own.
That's why we continue paying attention to deliveries, especially when something doesn't seem to be going as expected.
We check tracking updates, contact our shipping partners when necessary, and reach out to customers when there's something important they should know.
And when a delivery needs extra attention, we keep following up.
We've had packages delayed in customs, deliveries that needed closer monitoring, and customers waiting for jewelry for important moments in their lives.
We can't control every part of the journey. Sometimes delays happen, no matter how carefully we prepare.
But that doesn't mean there's nothing we can do.
We can keep checking. We can keep communicating. And we can make sure our customers know there's someone here who cares.
Because for us, sending a package is only part of the job.
Knowing that it's reached the person waiting for it matters just as much.
