Hi, I’m Dawn.

Before All-Glows became a reality, my life looked very different. I was working as an HR assistant, sitting behind a desk, but my hands were always itching to create.

My love for craftsmanship actually started long before that. I grew up in a family of educators, but my true classroom was at my grandmother’s knee. She taught me the intricate arts of embroidery and weaving—skills that require patience, precision, and a lot of heart.

One summer, I took a seasonal job at a jewelry company, and everything clicked. Seeing the beauty of handcrafted jewelry firsthand, I realized I didn't just want to admire art; I wanted to make it. So, I took a leap of faith. I traded my HR files for pliers and sketchbooks, learning everything I could from mentors in the industry.

That journey led to Glow.

For me, this brand isn't just about selling accessories. It’s about connection. Every artisan piece I design is rooted in those early lessons of heritage and care. Whether it’s a symbol of friendship, self-love, or a personal milestone, I want my designs to be a part of your story.

Today, All-Glows is also a platform to empower other aspiring artisans, keeping the spirit of handmade craftsmanship alive.
