Storage

To maintain its shine, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place and clean it gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.

To ensure your fashion jewelry remains in great condition, store it in a cool, dark, and dry place. Exposed to air, fashion jewelry can naturally oxidize over time and may tarnish. To prevent this, it's best to keep it in a sealed bag or airtight box when not being worn. We recommend cleaning your jewelry occasionally to maintain its shine and minimize oxidation.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause gemstones to fade and lose their color.

• Keep Away from Chemicals: Protect your jewelry from creams and sprays. Chemicals in perfume, hairspray, makeup, nail polish remover, body oils, sunscreen, and deodorant can damage your pieces.

• Humidity Precautions: If you live in a humid climate, store your jewelry with the included packet of desiccant crystals to minimize tarnishing.

• Prevent Tangling: To avoid tangling, keep chains fastened at the clasp when storing.

Clean

• Wipe Down: After wearing, gently clean your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and dirt.

• Freshwater Rinse: For a deeper clean, rinse your jewelry under lukewarm water to eliminate grime. Use a soft cloth for surface cleaning. Avoid soaking pieces with glued stones or delicate finishes.

Wear

• To protect your jewelry, avoid swimming or showering while wearing it, and remove rings before washing your hands.

• Chlorine, saltwater, and freshwater can damage precious metals and gemstones by dulling or eroding their surfaces. Gold and silver-plated pieces are particularly vulnerable to chlorine, which can lead to permanent discoloration. Additionally, soapy water from bathing can leave a residue that makes metal appear dull.

• Certain stones, are porous and should not be submerged in water for extended periods, as liquids can seep into their tiny cracks, causing permanent damage. For this reason, it's best to refrain from wearing porous gems at the beach or in hot, humid conditions.
